Key duties include assisting in the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of the event, managing participant registration and addressing inquiries. Responsibilities extend to supporting the smooth running of the conference, including parallel events like the Career Fair and evening receptions. The intern will offer assistance to keynote speakers and clinic presenters, participate in crucial planning meetings, and help liaise with suppliers and other event contributors. Furthermore, the role involves supporting coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia and other local stakeholders in Tallinn, and undertaking other assigned duties as needed.
Work Experience
Relevant professional experience in Human Resources and/or project or event management is desirable for this role.

Ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially; Responsiveness and flexibility in managing urgent requests.
