Responsibilities
The Senior Grants & Compliance Associate (CBI) is responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of CBI activities, ensuring adherence to IOM standards and donor agreements. This includes coordinating and monitoring operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the programs. The role involves integrating cross-cutting issues like GBV, disability inclusion, child protection, and accountability to affected populations into all CBI activities. The associate will support the identification and monitoring of transfer mechanisms and financial service providers, and contribute to needs and market assessments. Development of standard operating procedures and technical guidelines is also a key duty. Work Experience

Experience in project management, databases, assessment tools, and reporting is essential. Prior work with international humanitarian organizations in a multicultural setting is advantageous.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong knowledge of CBI fundamentals, Accountability to Affected Populations tools, and Sphere standards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize under pressure. Familiarity with innovative humanitarian systems and a capacity for rapid learning are also important.
