Job Purpose

The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Officer (ERP HCM, AI and Digital Transformation) is responsible for the functional oversight, configuration, and continuous enhancement of ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, specifically Oracle Fusion HCM. This role acts as the functional focal point, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into system configurations, enhancements, and sustainable solutions. The position collaborates closely with various units at Headquarters, Administrative Centres, and the Business Transformation team to optimize HR systems and leverage AI-driven opportunities for improved efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

The ICT Officer will coordinate and perform functional activities for ERP HCM configurations, including Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management, utilizing AI for enhanced quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing the impact of policy changes on ERP HCM solutions, assessing AI-assisted approaches for compliance, and identifying gaps between business processes and system functionalities. The role involves managing bug fixes, system updates, and continuous improvement initiatives, while configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules and AI capabilities. The officer will prepare Functional Design Documents, collaborate with technical teams on integrations and AI solutions, and translate business needs into functional designs and testing strategies. Maintaining configuration workbooks, supporting HR units, and evaluating/promoting AI adoption within HCM processes are key duties. The role also includes coordinating with stakeholders for solution delivery, testing, and user adoption, while ensuring compliance with ethical AI principles.

Work Experience

Required experience includes ERP implementation, with at least two years as an ERP HCM Functional Analyst. Mandatory experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is essential. Experience with SAP ECC 6 is desirable. Demonstrated experience in system analysis, solution design, configuration, and support during implementation or post-go-live phases is also required.
