Responsibilities

Key duties include providing administrative and organizational support for trainings and workshops, assisting in drafting and editing project-related documents and newsletter articles, and supporting translation and proofreading of project materials. The role also involves attending meetings and conferences, taking minutes, assisting in event and travel organization, and conducting research activities. Additionally, the intern will support the execution of virtual trainings and perform other assigned duties to contribute to the units' objectives.
Work Experience
Interns should have less than two years of relevant working experience. Prior work experience with an international organization is considered an asset.
Skills
Excellent oral and written command of German and English is required. Proficiency in other languages is an asset. Strong social and intercultural skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong personal commitment are essential. Affinity for IT and competent handling of virtual events are considered assets. Knowledge of migration and asylum governance in Austria and the EU is also beneficial.
