Job Purpose

The KVAC Intern will provide essential support to the daily operational activities of the Korea Visa Application Center (KVAC) in Berlin. The intern will assist the KVAC team with various tasks, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the center's operations and its service delivery to beneficiaries. Responsibilities

The KVAC Intern will assist the team with daily activities, including receiving and sorting postal visa applications, managing passport and document logistics, and ordering necessary supporting documents based on checklists. Responsibilities also include performing completeness checks for specific visa types in coordination with the Visa Support Assistant. The intern will communicate with beneficiaries following standard operating procedures, such as contacting applicants for missing documents or passport collection. Additionally, the role involves attending project meetings and training sessions with the project coordinator and international KVAC teams, and assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Any other assigned tasks will also be undertaken.
