Job Purpose

Responsibilities
The Project Assistant will support the implementation of activities under the Risk Index for Climate Displacement and Climate Catalytic Fund, including stakeholder and community engagement, service monitoring, and data collection. Responsibilities include preparing communication letters, field reports, attendance sheets, and other necessary documentation. The role also involves providing logistical support for field missions, trainings, and coordination meetings. Maintaining and organizing project databases, files, tools, and records is essential for accurate activity documentation. The assistant will coordinate with community members and local stakeholders to facilitate field activities and support emergency response teams during disaster response operations.
Work Experience
Required experience includes supporting field activities such as assessments, distributions, community consultations, or service monitoring. Experience working with Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and other vulnerable groups is also necessary. Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government, or government institutions in a multicultural setting is considered an advantage.
