Job Purpose

Responsibilities
The Programme Associate (DRR) provides essential support for project activities, including logistical and administrative assistance for meetings, trainings, and field visits. Responsibilities include data collection, compilation, and basic report review, ensuring timely documentation. The role involves maintaining communication with sub-offices, facilitating information sharing among stakeholders, and preparing draft correspondence and meeting notes. Assistance is also provided in developing training materials, managing procurement and travel, and organizing community-based activities. Maintaining project files, records, and databases, and supporting the creation of public information materials are key duties. The associate performs other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Work Experience
Requires five years of professional work experience with a high school diploma, or three years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in disaster risk reduction, community engagement, or project support is likely beneficial.
