Monthly reconciliation of accounts, monitoring open items, and ensuring recovery of amounts due to the organization are also critical. Staying updated on HR policies related to benefits and allowances and ensuring proper electronic filing are also key duties.
Work Experience
Experience in direct payroll functions, preferably within a corporate payroll operation, is required. Knowledge of banking and accounting systems, generally accepted accounting principles, and business risk controls is essential. Experience with SAP HR and payroll systems is considered an advantage.
Skills
Thorough working knowledge of payroll systems, procedures, salary calculations, and accounting processes. High level of computer literacy. IT-ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) functional knowledge is an advantage.
