Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include coordinating recruitment processes, such as drafting vacancy notices, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offers. The role involves managing pre-employment activities, including documentation, medical exams, and induction sessions. The associate will monitor staff contracts and extensions, liaising with relevant departments for timely processing and supporting consultant contract management. Maintaining the HR system with accurate data, preparing monthly HR statistics, and generating reports on personnel matters are also core duties. Additionally, the role requires providing information to staff on entitlements, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining systematic archiving of HR documents.
Work Experience
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment is essential. Demonstrated organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and attention to detail are necessary. Experience with international organizations or in a multicultural setting is advantageous.
Skills
Proficiency in administrative and HR processes, strong verbal and written communication, and proven organizational skills are required. The ability to prepare reports, coordinate activities, and maintain accurate records is also important. Fluency in English is mandatory; working knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage.
