Maintaining and updating staff records in HR platforms, including data management through scanning, labeling, and e-filing, is crucial. Additionally, the role involves supporting HR organized events and activities by coordinating with various units and preparing necessary materials. The intern will also perform other assigned tasks as needed, gaining practical experience in HR functions and administrative support.
Work Experience
Familiarity with document handling, data entry, or basic personnel records management is expected. Prior internship or volunteer experience in an administrative or HR setting is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in an international/multi-cultural setting or within the UN system is an advantage.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. High computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Familiarity with administrative tools like Oracle is an advantage.
