Job Purpose
The Senior Integration Associate is responsible for supporting the integration component of a program for Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTPs) in Ireland. Key functions include facilitating access to support services, language provision, and providing individualized assistance to BOTPs, ensuring their successful integration into the community. Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of integration project activities. This involves compiling and analyzing data, monitoring budget implementation, and acting as a focal point for administrative coordination. The role requires drafting status reports, correspondence, and briefing notes, as well as preparing and updating documentation. Organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions, and developing training materials are also essential. The Senior Integration Associate will respond to information requests, maintain project files, and liaise with various stakeholders including local authorities, partners, and other organizations. Additionally, the role involves providing input for Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and concept papers, supervising team members through guidance and training, and performing other assigned duties.
Work Experience
Proven experience in a similar setting and capacity is required. Experience working with vulnerable groups such as migrants, refugees, and victims of trafficking is essential. Experience liaising with governmental, intergovernmental, and non-governmental organizations is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is necessary. Previous work in international organizations or the service industry is a plus.
