Responsibilities
Key duties include operating assigned IOM vehicles safely and efficiently, managing daily vehicle maintenance to ensure roadworthiness, and arranging for minor repairs and cleaning. The Chauffeur is responsible for ensuring vehicles undergo regular servicing and maintaining an inventory of spare parts. This role involves identifying the safest and most direct routes, ensuring vehicles are used solely for official purposes, and preparing daily log sheets and monthly reports on mileage and fuel consumption. Confidentiality regarding IOM matters is essential. The Chauffeur will also facilitate airport pickups, manage the collection and delivery of mail and documents, and may assist with basic clerical tasks as needed, all while being vigilant about potential security threats.
Work Experience
