Job Purpose
This consultancy aims to support the digital learning environment for advanced training within the Migration and Citizenship Service (MCS) in Armenia. The role involves adapting advanced training materials for online and blended learning, integrating them into the existing Moodle system, and strengthening the capacity of MCS trainers in digital learning methodologies. The objective is to enhance the knowledge and technical capabilities of MCS staff through effective digital training delivery, ensuring the sustainability and proper functioning of the Moodle-based learning management system for future training needs.
Responsibilities
The consultant will adapt advanced training materials for digital and Moodle-based learning, structuring them into appropriate modules and activities for remote delivery. This includes applying modern e-learning techniques to enhance engagement. The role also involves integrating these modules into the MCS Moodle system, resolving IT-related issues, and conducting thorough testing. Furthermore, the consultant will deliver Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions for MCS staff and relevant personnel, providing practical guidance on managing online courses, learner engagement, and assessment. Recommendations for the sustainable use and further development of digital learning within the MCS training system will also be provided.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience is required, particularly in working with the Moodle system, skills training, and teaching methods. Experience in designing, supervising, and implementing Moodle systems in educational institutions is essential. Experience with public administration and international organizations is advantageous.
