The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks a Labour Market Integration (LMI) Project Consultant in Rzeszow, Poland. Job Purpose
The LMI Project Consultant's primary purpose is to facilitate the effective implementation of Labour Market Integration (LMI) activities at the field level in Rzeszow. This involves providing comprehensive administrative, data management, project monitoring, and logistical support for workshops and sessions. The role is crucial for ensuring the smooth delivery of project activities by coordinating with beneficiaries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting event organization. The consultant acts as a key support function, enabling the project team to achieve its objectives in integrating beneficiaries into the labour market through structured and efficient processes.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include conducting beneficiary outreach via phone and messaging, maintaining and updating beneficiary databases and contact lists for accuracy, and preparing structured tracking sheets for LMI activities. The consultant will support registration processes, manage communication with participants, and provide administrative and logistical assistance during workshops and events. This involves assembling documentation, developing preliminary administrative materials like lists and summaries, and performing basic data verification. Additionally, the role requires managing digital and physical filing systems, preparing information for internal reporting, and supporting field-level project implementation monitoring. Flexibility in scheduling, readiness to work beyond standard hours, and willingness to travel within the Podkarpackie region are also expected.
Work Experience
Required experience includes administrative support and project monitoring tasks, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and experience with databases and data tracking tools. Demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills is essential. Experience with beneficiaries or in a service-oriented environment is advantageous, as is prior experience with international organizations or NGOs in a multicultural setting.
