Talent Management Consultant

Organizational Context

The Bureau of Administration and Services (ADB) plays a lead role in the efficient and effective administrative management of the Organization. The Human Resources Branch within ADB spearheads strategic projects and initiatives for People and Culture transformation, including implementing changes to the performance management approach and other talent management and development activities.

Job Purpose

To support the implementation of the revised performance management process and various Talent Management initiatives, including Culture Transformation, Leadership Development, Learning, and Onboarding.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end implementation of the new performance management process, including updating frameworks, tools, and guidance. Develop and update resources for managers and employees. Prepare and deliver training materials and sessions. Design and implement communication plans. Provide operational and technical support. Monitor performance and prepare reports. Develop and organize performance management digital resources. Support other assigned Talent Management & Development activities.

Work Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in performance management systems, talent management, organizational development, change management, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and learning/capacity development. Demonstrated experience supporting performance management implementation and Talent Management initiatives. Experience within the UN system or international organizations is desirable.

Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web/intranet content management tools.
