Organizational Context

The Field Operations Section (FOS) is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure of Technical Assistance (TA) and Technical Cooperation (TC) projects. This specific project aims to assist ASECNA in conducting a technical and operational audit.

Job Purpose

To assist in the implementation of a technical and operational audit for ASECNA. The role involves preparing audit plans, analyzing organizational context, developing audit frameworks, and contributing to data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit an audit work plan, analyze organizational context, develop the audit framework for ANS/CNS, contribute to Terms of Reference, identify information needs, assist in data collection methodology, collect and prepare audit documentation, structure data for analysis, and contribute to pre-audit reports and presentations.

Work Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in the operation and implementation of ATM/CNS systems. Proven experience in preparing or conducting audits, preferably of ANSPs. Experience in ANSP audit, inspection, or evaluation missions. Good knowledge of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices. Experience with CANSO frameworks. Understanding of ATS operations and CNS/ATM systems.
