Job Purpose
This role contributes to the smooth execution of key functions and ensures alignment across operations within the business and operational support area. The incumbent will assist in drafting documents, editing content, managing logistics for events and missions, and ensuring effective communication and knowledge transfer, thereby facilitating the IAEA's mission to advance the safe and peaceful use of nuclear technologies.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include contributing to the preparation and drafting of briefings, reports, and other documents, as well as developing data visualizations and drafting presentations. The role involves editing, proofreading, and reviewing official correspondence and technical content in line with established rules and regulations. Additionally, it requires supporting the operational logistics for events, missions, and high-level meetings by coordinating travel, accommodation, and documentation. The position also entails providing overall support to core project and program functions, including financial monitoring, budgeting, database management, and reporting, and ensuring effective communication for status tracking, workflow processes, document control, and knowledge transfer.
Work Experience
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in business, administrative, or operational support is required. Experience in an international or multicultural environment is considered a strong asset. The role requires strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize client needs and operational goals.
